To our valued customers,
The health and safety of you, our customer, and our staff are our top priority every day. Heating and cooling is a vital service and we will remain open for business unless local regulations require closure. Our associates are encouraged to stay home when sick and we have required technicians to practice proper hand hygiene, avoid handshakes, and keep a distance of six feet as suggested by the CDC to avoid close contact.
Service calls to your home,
The new CDC guidelines call for workers in essential industries to “test the use of face masks to ensure they do not interfere with workflow.” We have provided all of our technicians with face masks that are to be used if the technician or the homeowner feels more comfortable with the use of the face mask. We have also provided every technician with a wash station in their van and instructed them to wash their hands before AND after each service call as well as provided rubber gloves and disinfectant spray. The technicians have been instructed to stay home if they even think they or a family member might be sick and we are checking their temperature each morning at the start of the day before they are sent to anyone’s home.
We ask that you please inform us in advance of your appointment if you or anyone in your household is showing signs of any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus. The World Health Organization has identified shortness of breath, fever, and persistent cough as current symptoms.
Please inform us if anyone in the household has tested positive for the Coronavirus.
As usual, if we find that any changes to our scheduling are necessary during this time, we will let you know as soon as we know.
