Jeremy is a Licensed Master of Mechanical Systems with 30 years of experience in the HVAC Industry. From inception to completion, his attention to detail has made him a top Heating & Cooling Professional.

Jeremy started at SS&B in 2000, working his way through the ranks before purchasing the company in 2017 after the Childers retired. Under his leadership, Jeremy has grown SS&B into a thriving business known for its excellence, strong values, and commitment to both employees and customers. He genuinely cares about the well-being of his team, the satisfaction of his customers, and the future of the company.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys hunting in his free time (what’s that!?), spending time on his farm, and raising four wild, strong boys alongside his lovely wife, Jen. His dedication to his family, employees, and community is at the heart of everything he does.

Ben has been in the heating and air industry since he was 17 years old. He is a husband and a dedicated father of seven. With over 21 years in the HVAC trade, he has gained extensive experience and finds great satisfaction in helping people resolve their heating and cooling issues.

Ben started with SS&B as a service technician and later had the opportunity to move into our Comfort Specialist position, where he helps customers find the best solutions for their home comfort needs.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys working on his farm and spending time with his family. Whether he’s tending to his land or supporting his kids in their sports and scouting events, family is always his top priority.

Kelly has been in the bookkeeping world for over 25 years and loves every part of her job, especially working alongside her co-workers. She has made a huge impact on SS&B’s operations, applying her experience to better and improve how things are run. Always willing to step in and help wherever needed, her caring, genuine, and sweet nature makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and their four daughters, including two grown twin girls and two younger girls, all of whom carry her kindness and fun personality. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes every moment they spend together. Kelly is also a loving dog mom to three pups—two Pomskis and a Husky—who keep her home full of energy and love (and of course, fur!).

Kate brings a wealth of experience in management and logistics, having dedicated nearly seven years to SS&B. Starting as a CSR, she advanced to Dispatcher and is now one of SS&B’s Service Directors, focusing on operations and service management. She has played a key role in helping the service department grow and evolve, fostering a supportive and efficient workplace environment. Kate takes immense pride in the team she’s helped cultivate, turning it into a very close-knit group that feels like family.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys photography, hosting game nights with friends or family, and spending time with her boyfriend and her two German Shepherds—her pride and joys. She loves spending time at the river, including fishing, canoeing, and camping. Kate is also an avid hunter who loves to embrace the bugs and cold—even if she might complain about it.

Her guilty pleasures include indulging in online shopping and losing her hard-earned money during the occasional trip to the casino.

Charles has been in the HVAC industry for almost 30 years and has spent the last four years with SS&B. Starting as a technician to get his foot in the door, Charles is now one of SS&B’s Service Directors, focusing on the technical side. He oversees technical support, field assistance, and all team training. While he no longer works directly with customers in the field, he is always available to assist technicians when needed and takes pride in helping the team succeed. Charles is also a huge part of the camaraderie within the team and has built great relationships with everyone, contributing to the close-knit culture at SS&B.

When he’s not working, Charles loves golfing, tackling projects around the house, and spending time with his wife and all his grandbabies. Known for his goofy sense of humor and bold personality, Charles never misses a chance to strike up a conversation and make you laugh. Fun fact: His favorite animal is a donkey!

Jayme has a background in Inventory & Logistics and brings over 10 years of customer service experience from her time in the Hospitality Industry. She stands by the value of service with a smile and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jayme has been with SS&B for almost three years, starting as our CSR and quickly growing into the role of Dispatcher as our team continues to expand. She is a strong and dependable member of our team, always putting others before herself and helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Jayme has an extremely strong work ethic and brings fresh ideas to the table, helping the team improve and evolve.

Outside of work, Jayme enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, who means the world to her. She cherishes time spent with family and has a natural talent for taking care of those around her.

Priscilla brings a dynamic and customer-focused approach to our team. With a background in high-pressure environments, she thrives in fast-paced settings and knows how to balance efficiency with top-tier service. Her ability to connect with customers, even in challenging situations, makes her an invaluable asset.

Originally from Texas, Priscilla comes from a family with HVAC experience, giving her a natural understanding of the industry. She’s bilingual in Spanish, which helps us better serve a diverse customer base. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at work, she loves spending time with her daughters, cooking authentic Mexican food, and keeping the office energy high as our unofficial DJ.

Tim is the Installation Coordinator at SS&B Heating & Cooling, where he manages HVAC installation projects and ensures their timely completion.

Tim has done it all, with a diverse background ranging from HR to Massage Therapy and now HVAC. He started with us in our warehouse and has since advanced to our New Construction Team. Tim brings fresh ideas to the table, helps track and manage reporting, and is an integral part of keeping things running smoothly. Known for his quick wit and humor, Tim always keeps the team entertained—and never fails to impress with his gourmet lunches.

With over 30 years in the HVAC industry, Marty is a Master Sheet Metal Fabricator and a Licensed Journeyman. He has been with SS&B since 1997, dedicating decades to building ductwork to the highest standard. Marty solely runs our Sheet Metal shop, which is the most immaculate and organized shop you’ll ever find—thanks to his insistence on perfection in everything he does.

Marty’s meticulous nature and dry humor make him a unique and valued part of our team. While he’s serious about his work, his quick wit and high standards ensure the team always strives for excellence. His commitment to craftsmanship and quality has been a cornerstone of SS&B’s success for over two decades.
