I have been in heating and air since I was 17 years old. I’m now 38 years old, a husband and father of seven. After 21+ years in the HVAC Trade, I’ve learned a lot and one of the most satisfying things in my life is helping people resolve their issues. In my downtime, I enjoy taking my kids to all their sports and scouting events.

I have been in the bookkeeping world for over 25 years. I enjoy every part of my job, especially working with my co-workers. When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with my family.

Kate brings a wealth of experience in management and logistics, having dedicated over 6 years to SS&B. She takes pride in the service team she's helped cultivate, fostering a supportive and efficient workplace environment. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and two German Shepherds, often by the river.

I have been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. Best part of my job is being able to help our clients with their Heating and Cooling problems and to see the smile on their face once the issues are resolved. When I’m not working I enjoy quality time with my family & friends, playing golf, or working on a wood-working project. Fun fact: My favorite animal is a Donkey!

Joey is a manager at SS&B Heating and Cooling. He holds a Master's Mechanical license and has over 14 years of experience in the HVAC construction field. Joey efficiently manages the team of installers responsible for all new home construction needs. He methodically schedules and oversees the installation department while providing excellent customer service.

Zack, a licensed mechanical journeyman with over eight years of experience at SS&B Heating and Cooling, leads the team of installers specializing in new construction apartments and commercial projects. His expertise and leadership ensure seamless execution of complex installations, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Derek started HVAC in 2005 as a commercial sheet metal apprentice. He began to undertake more roles as a pipefitter, service technician, controls professional, and job site foreman. He obtained his Master's Mechanical license in 2018 and continues his education in the trade today. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and five children, fishing, hunting, and cooking BBQ on the smoker.

Cory, with over 6 years of experience in the field, serves as a Project Manager and Site Estimator at SS&B Heating & Cooling. He expertly manages HVAC projects and provides accurate on-site cost estimates.

Jeffery Johnson, a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector, and Trainer, brings over 9 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer and a licensed Mechanical Journeyman. He excels in ensuring high-quality standards and training staff, leveraging his deep expertise in mechanical systems and a keen eye for detail.
