Choosing a variable speed fan will help to alleviate this problem. Variable speed fan motors are high efficiency motors that will sometimes increase the efficiency rating of the air conditioner. If you choose to run your heater fan continuously the variable speed fan only uses about 70 watts of electricity compared to approximately 680 on a conventional system.
