Although I anticipated this outcome, I was still deeply disappointed. Dakota, the technician who visited our home for the service call, delivered the news with utmost professionalism. He provided a thorough explanation and demonstrated the irreversible nature of the compressor’s failure. To expedite the process, Dakota promptly contacted a “Comfort Adviser” who arrived at our residence the same day. This exceptional promptness was a testament to SS&B Heating & Cooling’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Cory Hayes, the Comfort Adviser, offered us comprehensive options and seamlessly facilitated the financing of our new system on the spot. His exceptional understanding and helpfulness were evident throughout the entire process. Cory’s communication skills were exceptional, making me feel like his sole client. Even when I had a minor misunderstanding regarding my manufacturer choice, he promptly rectified the error and ensured that the scheduled installation proceeded without delay or budget overruns. Jason and Kyle, the installers responsible for the new system, were exceptional in their professionalism. Project Manager Nathan and his team were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire installation. I have used them with installation of an air conditioning unit in my previous home with great results, so a no-brainer to use them for a part replacement. AC repair was complete and service technicians were professional/ knowledgeable. With the hottest day in 2026, on record (100 degrees) for our area, it was a relief to have a quality and efficient company to do the work.Posted on Google

My AC unit went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called SS&B and another company to have an emergency visit. I was told that a technician would be out between 8am and 7pm on Sunday. On Tuesday morning I got a call from the answering service to set up an appointment. Meanwhile, the other company came out and fixed it on Sunday. If this is how they run their business, I'm glad they didn't come out. Update 8/9: I have changed my review from one to four stars based on the communication and apology for the issue from the management of the company.Posted on Google
Brenda Harter37 days agoThis stifling, smothering heat found us without reliable air conditioning, then no AC at all! We called on SS&B Heating & Cooling and visited with Corey. After learning the details of Trane products we set up an appointment to install a new system. Hudson and Nelson came in early today, took out the old heating & air system and by around 4:00 pm a complete heating & air system was installed. The hardest working, most efficient team! And cleaned up all the debris from the job! We highly recommend this company based on our experience.Posted on Google

Steve Lambert40 days agoAt the peak of cooling season, I expected to have a delay before the technicians could arrive. This was not the case with SS&B. Technicians arrived at my house less than an hour after I contacted them for service. The technicians had the issue diagnosed a few minutes after they had arrived and performed the repair and were gone in less than an hour. The technicians's diagnosis and repair was fast & accurate. My current system installed by SS&B in 2002 and they've been servicing and keeping it going for 24 years.
