Alex chose to get into HVAC not only to learn a valuable trade but also to help the community and challenge himself mentally after having worked both physical labor and office jobs. With five years of Navy Reserve experience turning wrenches, Alex brought his skills and determination to SS&B two years ago, right after graduating from HVAC school.

He and his lovely wife have three children, of whom he is extremely proud. Alex is a caring individual who’s always willing to lend a hand and never hesitates to strike up a conversation about anything. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and continuously striving to better himself.

Senior HVAC Service Technician

Thomas has been with SS&B Heating and Cooling for four years, joining the HVAC/R field to help serve the community by bringing comfort and safety to every customer he encounters. Coming from an outside field after relocating from Oklahoma, Thomas quickly advanced to become our Lead Senior Technician. His intelligence, expertise, and problem-solving skills make him the go-to person when other technicians need help or simply someone to talk to. There’s nothing we don’t trust Thomas to be able to solve or figure out, and he’s always ready to lighten the mood with his quick wit and humor.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, stopping by the local cigar lounge, and working on custom firearm builds. Above all, he values spending time with his wife.

Dakota has been with SS&B Heating and Cooling for four years, starting in the installation department before quickly advancing to become one of our lead technicians. His knowledge, skills, and dedication to problem-solving have made him an invaluable part of our team. An extremely proud father, Dakota loves spending time with his wife and their two daughters. He needed heat before he would have to spend a cold night in his house.  SS&B worked him into their schedule that afternoon. Had to have 3 roof top units replaced. Who doesn’t want to have a crane taking units off the roof!! Haha

Very pleased with Lucas, Kyle, and Cody. They were quick and respectful of the space. They seemed to have a fun time working together…that is a good testament to the company they represent.

Recently, I received the unfortunate news that our central HVAC compressor had failed. Although I anticipated this outcome, I was still deeply disappointed. Dakota, the technician who visited our home for the service call, delivered the news with utmost professionalism. He provided a thorough explanation and demonstrated the irreversible nature of the compressor’s failure.

To expedite the process, Dakota promptly contacted a “Comfort Adviser” who arrived at our residence the same day. This exceptional promptness was a testament to SS&B Heating & Cooling’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Cory Hayes, the Comfort Adviser, offered us comprehensive options and seamlessly facilitated the financing of our new system on the spot. His exceptional understanding and helpfulness were evident throughout the entire process.

Cory’s communication skills were exceptional, making me feel like his sole client. Even when I had a minor misunderstanding regarding my manufacturer choice, he promptly rectified the error and ensured that the scheduled installation proceeded without delay or budget overruns.

Jason and Kyle, the installers responsible for the new system, were exceptional in their professionalism. They arrived promptly, demonstrated remarkable efficiency, and provided a pleasant and attentive service. They meticulously cleaned up and removed all the old equipment, leaving our home in pristine condition.

SS&B Heating & Cooling has earned my unwavering trust and reliance for all future HVAC services. I would gladly give them six stars if the rating system allowed. Their commitment to excellence and transparent communication have made them my preferred choice.

**Origional Review:**    At approximately 10:00 PM, our heat pump malfunctioned. We promptly contacted SS&B’s after-hours dispatch, and a representative contacted us shortly thereafter. The representative provided me with comprehensive options and advised me to select a technician for a home visit to diagnose the issue.

Anthony, the technician, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and expertise. He promptly arrived with the necessary equipment to restore our heating system’s functionality.

Project Manager Nathan and his team were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire installation.
