Our Journey
The Name's Origin
Originally founded by Skaggs, Smith & Brown, the company was sold to the Childers family in 1997. Our current owner, Jeremy Grisham, took over after working with the Childers for 16 years.

Jeremy Grisham, a devoted family man and a man of faith, is proud to lead a team that serves the Springfield community with integrity and excellence.
Jeremy is a Licensed Master of Mechanical Systems with 20 years experience in the HVAC Industry. From inception to completion, his attention to detail has made him a top Heating & Cooling Professional.
I have been in heating and air since I was 17 years old. I’m now 38 years old, a husband and father of seven. After 21+ years in the HVAC Trade, I’ve learned a lot and one of the most satisfying things in my life is helping people resolve their issues. In my downtime, I enjoy taking my kids to all their sports and scouting events.
Terri Folz is an experienced administrative professional who works hard to facilitate the efficient operations of SS&B. She excels at providing excellent customer service and looks forward to helping you today!
With a solid background in working in office environments, anywhere from logistics to management, Kate is your go-to girl. Energetic, motivated and spunky keeps the AIR COOL around the office!
I have been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. Best part of my job is being able to help our clients with their Heating and Cooling problems and to see the smile on their face once the issues are resolved. When I’m not working I enjoy quality time with my family & friends, playing golf, or working on a wood-working project. Fun fact: My favorite animal is a Donkey!
Background in Inventory & Logistics but served time in the Hospitality Industry, so she brings over 10 years of customer service experience. She stands by service with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
With over 30 years in the HVAC Industry, Marty is a Master Sheet Metal Fabricator and Licensed Journeyman of Sheet Metal. He ensures that all of our ductwork is built to the highest standard.
Joey has been in the HVAC construction field for over 9 years he efficiently manages our team of installers which are responsible for all of your new construction needs. He methodically schedules and oversees the install department providing excellent customer service in the process.
